This morning whilst changing Sam's nappy, my mobile rang and it was the communications agency (JG Communications) . They had some good news for me:I got offered a job!!!!!!!
It's a good job too, and the wages seem ok for Sweden. But none of that matters more to me than the fact that I will be sticking around in Stockholm, and able to see lots of Samuel. More than happiness, relief is my primary emotion right now. It feels like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders.
I am not in work today, I have the day off to play with Samuel. Rather than the park this afternoon, I will be a rubbish father and drag him to System Bolaget this afternoon, to buy some champagne, that I shall drink tonight.
It wouldn't be me, unless I could mention something negative, so I guess the bad news for those reading this, is the blog is set to continue past the end of January, as my Swedish adventure continues.... Happy days!
